Since all of our oils are truly cold pressed and completely unrefined,
it makes most sense to preserve their nutritional quality by serving
them in cold dishes or by using them for cooking at low- or middle-range
temperatures. Salads, garnishes, and other cold- or medium-temperature
dishes benefit most from these organic cold pressed oils. Deep frying
with these oils would destroy the benefits we strive so hard to preserve.
