After the ice ages, the hazelnut tree was the first tree to reestablish itself. Today it is mainly grown in Turkey, Italy and the Northwestern United States. We use only superior quality nuts from Turkey, which are slightly roasted to enhance the flavor profile before they are low-resistance expeller pressed. The nut is high in fatty acids that promote energy and protein synthesis. |
