project at the Black Sea coast in Turkey. Forty organic farmers are
growing this crop exclusively for Rapunzel.
Almonds: Prime almonds, usually from California, are roasted
and mixed into our chocolate bars. These nuts, as well as our hazelnuts,
are slightly chopped.
Milk powder: Since liquid milk cannot be used in milk chocolate,
milk powder is used.
