Rapadura Sugar: Rapunzel uses Rapadura whole cane sugar in most
of its chocolates. This is the healthiest choice (for a sweetener) we
could make for you to avoid white sugar products. Rapadura, with its
natural content of molasses, carries a slight molasses flavor into the
chocolate. Your palate may, at first, be unaccustomed to it, but after
a few bites, it will definitely become your preference.
Vanilla: We use only real vanilla bean powder in our chocolate,
no artificial flavors or flavor extracts.
