Rapunzel's chocolate bars have an amazingly silky texture and
premium flavor due to a three day conching process and the use
of only the highest quality ingredients:
Cocoa Beans: Highest quality cocoa from cooperatives of the
Amazon tributary rivers in Bolivia (Sapecho) and/or the jungles in the
Dominican Republic. Only Sanchez and Criollo varieties are used in the
blend.
