process
1) All herbs and vegetables originate from certified organic cultivation. They are processed immediately after harvest.

2) Each of the herbs and vegetables is cut and mixed with sea salt individually and is steeped for 4-12 months. The salt picks up the juice and aroma of the herbs.

3) Each of these lots is individually dried under vacuum to protect flavor and aroma.

4) Finally, all twelve different herb and vegetable salts are mixed according to a special recipe.
